EXPERIENCING LOGIN ISSUES?

1. I’ve tried to reset my password many times but haven’t received my reset email.
   
   1. Check your junk folder. Click the link inside within 30 minutes due to security reasons.
   2. Still having issues? Please create a new account by clicking on “Create an Account” in the New Guest box. As long as the email you sign up with matches your Bonus Club account, we’ll sync your information.
      
      1. Fill out the “Account Information” fields.
      2. Click on “Create Account”.
      3. You will receive an account verification email and you must action the email within 30 minutes of receipt. It will expire after 30 minutes. Click the link within the email and it will take you back to the login page to enter your email address and password. This step is critical.
   
   
2. I recently signed up for the Bonus Club online and can’t log in
   
   1. Check the spelling of your email address and password and try again.
   2. Still having issues? Reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password”. Check your inbox (and junk folder) for the password reset email and click the link inside within 30 minutes due to security reasons.
   3. If A and B were not successful, please create a new account by clicking on “Create an Account” in the New Guest box. As long as the email you sign up with matches your Bonus Club account, we’ll sync your points.

3. I joined the Bonus Club in store but have never logged in online
   
   1. Click on “Create an Account” in the New Guest box
   2. Fill out the “Account Information” fields
   3. Click on “Create Account”. You may see a pop up that says you have an existing Bonus Club account. Verify the information and then click the red “Verify Account” button.
   4. You will receive an account verification email and you must action the email within 30 minutes of receipt. It will expire after 30 minutes due to security reasons. Click the link within the email and it will take you back to the login page to enter your email address and password. This step is critical.
   
   
4. I’ve logged into the Bonus Club online before but can’t log in today

5. I can’t remember if I have an account or not, nor what my email address and password would be

6. I used Facebook login to create my account and now I can’t log in
   
   1. Use the “Bonus Club Members Log In Here” link in the upper left corner of the website, then click “Log in with Facebook.”
   2. Or, use “My Account” in the upper right corner of the website, then click “Log in with Facebook.”
